Stress Management

The only way most people know they’re stressed is when their body sends signals that force them to pay attention; headaches, stomach aches, sleep problems and everybody has their “special” area that cries out for help with stress is stuffed, avoided or denied.  Listening to your body is the 1 way most people end up dealing with their stress. 

Here is a national TV show with Dr. Alman and Rick Amato discussing stress, resilience, body signals and rising medical costs.  The show is called Politics and Profits and those are 2 areas that cause a lot of stress and require consistent stress reduction.
