Learn how to support yourself and your own clients using mind-body techniques taught by stress, mindfulness and wellness expert, Dr. Brian Alman.
This professional training and healing intensive with with Dr. Brian Alman is limited to only five hand-selected participants lasting over a several year period for ongoing mentoring . All participants will experience the techniques taught by Dr. Alman firsthand, doing their own inner work before shifting into learning how to offer and teach these healing techniques to others.
The program includes individual 3-day all-day trainings intensives, plus weekly webinars for one year. At year 2, the mentoring calls will happen once a month to support the trainee’s with their practice. Ongoing mentoring support will be offered for years 3-5 with check-in calls every two months. Exact dates and details will be determined after entry into the program.
